" Fertility is a complex puzzle. Diet, stress, movement, toxins, hormones, they all matter. When we address each piece, that’s when we start seeing incredible outcomes. That’s why I love what Fibra is doing with cycle and temperature tracking, it brings the full picture into focus. "

" The fertility journey is stressful and often invasive, from medication to needles. That's why I believe Fibra will help alleviate both the physical and mental stressors, allowing women to feel like it’s just a natural part of their day rather than another burden to manage. "

I know firsthand how important it is, and it’s actually very amazing and exciting what you are doing giving that control to women to be able to monitor the status of their hormones and what’s going on in their bodies on an app in their phone without having an invasive method of trying to get those results; just with a simple normal underwear. This is something for women in all stages of their life, not just for PCOS or women trying to conceive. It’s a holistic view of what’s going on in your body, i’m excited and eager to see the product in the market.

It’s a high-tech underwear that’s easily connected to an app on your phone and it’s basically giving you a personal fertility and hormone tracker 24/7, so that’s what I love about it.
So now you have something that’s in your underwear drawer that you can use to work with your doctor or someone in nutrition, it works alongside any fertility treatments you're doing, it’s an enhancement.
It gives you personalized tips on your diet, lifestyle and it’s not a one size fits all, it's personalized to your body.

I really commend what you're doing with fibra because its very important to get that information out there, to provide tools that will help women track more data on their reproductive health.
you're creating lots of education and awareness and that’s exactly what communities and women need.

I think what's great about FIBRA, it's another tool in our toolbox to understand what's happening with your fertility. So if we're tracking temperature or tracking heart rate variability, we can understand what's happening in the cycle.
Fibra is just paving a pathway for information And I think there's so much more scope that we will see from it. There's so much more data that we'll be able to get. I think looking at vaginal discharge is something that isn't being done, and I'm excited to see what information we are going to get from vaginal discharge data.

I'm a big believer in making life easier. If there is something that can make my life easier, I'm here for it. And so I think fibra has the potential to be just a beautiful and empowering companion for anybody who's trying to conceive, especially in the early stages when, you know, before they're in clinic settings or, I mean, even alongside treatment plans
I think we can actually use it as a tool to, like, you know, be more, productive at certain times of the month, be more athletic at certain times of the month.
the problem with other apps is they are extremely generic. So they take a very, generalized algorithm, and they apply that to every single woman on Earth. Women who have, PCOS and endometriosis, I have PCOS too, and my app is never accurate for me.
You can get women into these underwear when they're young or when they're, like, learning about their bodies and using that education to lead to early action, better planning, fewer surprises, you know.

Real Voices from Fibra’s Pilot Study
It is honestly a black box for me, I didn’t really understand what was going on with my cycle
or symptoms. Fibra gives insights that can help me navigate my reproductive health more
intelligently. It’s empowering to feel in tune with my body.

There’s so much we don’t know about what’s going on in our bodies - and when something
feels off, waiting months to see a gynecologist can be frustrating. I just wish I could track these
parameters myself. Fibra can give me that power.

It’s really hard to get a hold of a specialist just to start understanding what’s going on in your
body - and that process can take ages. Fibra can help me build a preliminary understanding so I
can actually make sense of things before I dive deeper.

I have PCOS and hyperthyroidism, so my hormones are all over the place - and it’s hard to
know what’s actually helping or hurting. Fibra can give me real data to make informed decisions
about my body, from diet to supplements. I had no idea how pH impacted my health until nowfinally, I feel like I have a clearer picture and a way to take control.

Women’s health is so often overlooked. I had to see five different general practitioners before
I was finally referred to a gynecologist - and even then, I was misdiagnosed with IBS. The
emotional toll of not being believed is real. That’s why I’m so grateful for Fibra. It’s putting
women back in the driver’s seat of their health. Now, I can track what’s happening and show
real data — and that’s powerful.

After taking a course on AI and sociology, I became really aware of how sensitive period
tracking data can be - but I also know how valuable it is. With an IUD, my cycle has been all
over the place, and I’ve often wondered if birth control has messed up my reproductive health.
Fibra offers a safer, more empowering way to understand my body. It gives me that reassurance
I’ve been looking for, without compromising my privacy.

Sometimes, if the doctor is male, I don’t feel comfortable opening up - so I end up avoiding
the visit altogether. With Fibra, I feel like I’m taking things into my own hands. It gives the control
and confidence to understand what’s going on without having to rely on someone who might not
fully get it.

I work in women’s health and pediatrics, so I know firsthand how often women are left
guessing about their own bodies. I have irregular periods myself, and it’s always a surprise; I
never really know when to expect it. That’s why I love that Fibra is built from a woman’s
perspective. It provides peace of mind and helps assure that everything’s okay, even when my
cycle isn’t regular. That kind of clarity is something every woman deserves.

As a biomedical science student and someone who volunteers for a period poverty charity,
I’ve seen how little there is out there when it comes to understanding women’s health. It’s
frustrating especially when reproductive health affects so much of our lives. Fibra feels like a
step in the right direction. It’s smart, empowering, and finally focused on giving women the
knowledge they deserve about their own bodies.
