1. Pre-Order
The Fibra Founders Edition is offered on a pre-order basis.
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving one of a limited number of Founders Edition packages before public launch. Your order is for a future product and is not immediately available for shipment.
2. What’s Included
Each Founders Edition currently includes:

- Lifetime Free Fibra app
- Premium magnetic collector’s box

- Founder welcome package
- Lifetime Founding Member status
- Private Founder Community access
- Early access to major new features
- Opportunities to provide feedback and help shape future Fibra products
Fibra reserves the right to make minor changes or improvements to the contents prior to shipment, provided such changes do not materially reduce the overall value of the package.
3. Pricing
The Founders Edition pre-order price is CA$209.
The expected future retail price is CA$299.
The Founders Edition pricing and package are limited-time launch offerings and will not be offered again in the same form.
4. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Fibra does not store your payment card information.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, import duties, customs fees, or other government charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Estimated Shipping
Orders are currently expected to begin shipping in January 2027.
Shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, regulatory, testing, certification, logistics, supply chain, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If there are material changes to the expected shipping timeline, Fibra will notify customers by email.
6. Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may cancel their pre-order at any time before their order has shipped.
If your order has not yet shipped, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase price.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
7. 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe continuous reproductive health insights become more valuable over time. To fully experience Fibra’s personalized insights, users should wear the product across multiple menstrual cycles.
Accordingly, every Founders Edition purchase includes our 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
To qualify for a full refund, you must:
- Wear and use Fibra for at least 180 consecutive days after receiving your order.
- Submit your refund request within 30 days after completing the 180-day usage period.
- Return the Detachable Electronic Module, smart underwear, box, satin bag, and any other requested components in good working condition, excluding reasonable wear from normal use.
- Follow Fibra’s return instructions.
Once your eligibility has been confirmed and the required components have been returned, Fibra will issue a full refund of your original purchase price.
Fibra reserves the right to verify eligibility for this guarantee before issuing a refund.
8. Product Development
Fibra is an innovative technology product that continues to evolve.
Minor improvements to hardware, software, packaging, materials, or included accessories may occur prior to shipment. These improvements are intended to enhance the customer experience and will not be considered a material change to your purchase.
9. Lifetime App Access
Your Founders Edition purchase includes lifetime access to the Fibra app at no additional cost.
This includes all core app functionality available to Fibra users and any features specifically designated as included with the Founders Edition.
Fibra may introduce optional premium services or features in the future that are not included with lifetime app access. Any such optional offerings will be clearly identified and will not affect your access to the features included with your Founders Edition purchase.
Lifetime access is granted to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
10. Privacy
Your reproductive health data belongs to you.
Fibra collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment information is securely processed through Stripe.
11. Medical Disclaimer
Fibra is designed for wellness, educational, and informational purposes only.
Fibra is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition and should not replace professional medical advice or care.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fibra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the product.
Fibra’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
13. Force Majeure
Fibra shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Supply chain disruptions
- Manufacturing delays
- Customs or import delays
- Government actions
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Labor shortages
- Transportation disruptions
- Regulatory or certification delays
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
